I've decided although almost no one likes them, I enjoy writing down what I think are relatively entertaining stories from my time working at Internet companies.
So in subsequent replies to this tweet, I'll link in stories as I think of them.
Woah Buddy! Insane LEGO Corruption!
The American Fork Police Department just "accidentally" released 50gb of unredacted Body Cam footage reguarding Reckless Ben and Bricks and Minifigs, but deleted it to late before the internet grabbed them.
In the media dump the Joshua Johnson asks to see the legal court papers but the officer refuses to show it to him because it would count as a legal service and says it would "place him in a bind"
This police department, Joshua Johnson and Ammon McNeff are all toast. I've never seen the internet unanimously come together in unison on anything like this in my life.
@japan_nobunaga When we were young, our mothers would tell us sternly, "Never eat something bigger than your head."

@BowTiedPhRaptor@For_Film_Fans Its a masterclass in showing how comedy and tragedy are all in the delivery.
And a little bit in "don't call me Surely."
The @afpolice release was interesting in its attempt to reverse established published facts. What I find interesting is they made no attempt to address threats made by their officers on camera, and why a knock and announce warrant for Legos required a full SWAT team.
"We do things differently here in Utah, and you won't like that," says an American Forks officer.
The chief: 🦗🦗🦗
"We have uncorroborated testimony of knowledge of stolen legos," says an American Forks officer.
The chief: SWAT approved. Bring the "patrol rifles."

My parents drove their RV from Florida to visit. This is Highway 94 after leaving Kansas and entering into Colorado. They said no other state they drove through have roads this bad!
@AnMLGCat@TheBabylonBee@Not_the_Bee the satire is that it's a bridge for butterflies.
it's actually a bridge for cougars residing in the Santa Monica Mountains to access the Agoura Hills via the already well traveled Simi Hills.
like 10 cougars tops.
