POOR SERVICE
It's been 3 months now and I've NOT received my refund yet. When I try to call customer support, it takes about 30 minutes to connect to an agent and sometimes your agents cut the call right after picking it up, so I have to wait in the queue again.

@GRT_ROW Please please please increase the timings of the bus on route 36. Last bus leaves from Conestoga College at 9:55 pm. Please make it 10:30 or 11:00. or atleast start your service on weekend and holidays.
