ನೈಸ್ ಇಂಟಿಗ್ರೇಟೆಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಬಾಧಿತ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಜನರಿಂದ ಅಹವಾಲು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭ.

ಮಾದಾವರ, ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠಪುರ, ಅಂಚೆಪಾಳ್ಯ, ತೋಟದಗುಡ್ಡದಹಳ್ಳಿ, ತಮ್ಮೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ನೂರಾರು ಜನರು ನೈಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ರೈತ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ತಲೆತಲಾಂತರಗಳಿಂದ ನಂಬಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಭೂಮಿ ಲಪಟಾಯಿಸಲು ಈ ಸರಕಾರವು ನೈಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಜತೆ ಸೇರಿ ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಜನರ ಜತೆ ನಾನಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಒಂದು ಇಂಚು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಿಡುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಶಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಎಂದೂ ಕಾನೂನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದವರಲ್ಲ. ತಮ್ಮ ಏಕೈಕ ಜೀವನಾಧಾರವಾದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೋರಾಟದ ದಾರಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆ ಹೊಡೆಯಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಭಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಆಗಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೇ ಕೂರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬಿಡದಿಯ ರೈತರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಅಚಲ. ಇದು ಪಕ್ಷಾತೀತ ಹೋರಾಟ. ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ದಂಧೆ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶದ ಟೌನ್ ಶಿಪ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ರೈತರು, ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಉಪವಾಸ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರ್ಥವಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕರಾಳ ಸರಕಾರದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅಪಮಾನವನ್ನು ಅವರೆಂದಿಗೂ ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೊಂದ ತಾಯಂದಿರುವ, ಅಕ್ಕ ತಂಗಿಯರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದುರುಳ #ಹಿರಣ್ಯಾಕ್ಷ ಆಡಳಿತ ಬಹಳ ಕಾಲ ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೈಸೂರು ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಯೋಜನೆ (ನೈಸ್) ಯೋಜನೆಗಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನೊಂದ ರೈತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಂಪನಿಯಿಂದ ತಮಗೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರೈತರು ಸುದೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇರಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಭೈರಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡದಿ ಉಪನಗರ ಯೋಜನೆ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಉಪವಾಸ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ರೈತರು ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನಿರ್ದಯವಾಗಿ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಚನ್ನಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಧೈರ್ಯಗುಂದದೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಧರಣಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಾನು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದೆ.

ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಭೈರಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿದ ವಿಕೃತ ದುಷ್ಟಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಲಯದ ಉಪ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮಹಾನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಜತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಬಳಿಕ ಧರಣಿನಿರತ ರೈತರು, ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮನವೊಲಿಸಿ ಧರಣಿ ಕೈಬಿಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಧರಣಿ ಅಂತ್ಯಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮರುಕಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನೆಟ್ಟಿಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

Today, I inaugurated ICAT’s indigenously developed 100 kN Load Car and Lift Capacity Testing Facilities for tractor and agri-machinery testing.

With a 230 kW Eddy-Current Dynamometer, up to 100 kN drawbar pull and advanced load simulation capabilities, this facility will enable accurate, repeatable and efficient tractor performance testing.

Under Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi avaru’s vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat, the @MHI_GoI is building indigenous technological capabilities that strengthen machinery development and ultimately benefit our farmers.
