中國網絡管控再升級，但這次不再只是「抓人」，而是直接「斷線」。多份內部緊急通知顯示，江蘇、陝西、廣東等多個省份正進行「網絡大清洗」，全面取締數據中心一切翻牆業務，禁止連接香港、台灣及其他國家。有數據中心承認，當局目標就是要「翻牆清零」。

中國政府設有嚴格的網絡審查系統，網民一般需要使用翻牆工具，才能接觸部份受限制的外國資訊。不過，一份由江蘇網絡服務商流出的告知函顯示，江蘇省通訊管理局下令，要求數據中心配合「全省網絡安全專項治理」。與以往「先警告、後整改」的溫和手段不同，告知函明確規定，對所有涉及跨境訪問的行為實施「直接處置」，一旦識別到異常境外連線，系統會自動中斷服務並立即斷網。

陝西電訊的要求更為極端。內部通告顯示，即日起所有IP地址全面禁止訪問中國以外的網站，範圍包括香港、澳門及台灣，通告強調「海外流量一律封禁」，且不接受任何解釋，已繳付的服務費用一律不予退還。

｜珠三角連夜拔線　翻牆資源恐全面消失

這場風暴已波及珠三角地區。廣東江門及深圳的機房相繼傳出「緊急拔線」的消息。據悉，江門機房因被約談，已於深夜執行拔線；而深圳更有「Top 3」大廠被拔。有業內人士在朋友圈留言：「上面的態度是FQ清零（翻牆清零）……預計5月以後甚麼資源都買不到了」。

更令網民心寒的是，監控已深入日常工作軟體。有中國網民在社交平台爆料，其大學同學因登錄工作軟件Teams收了一個驗證碼，翌日隨即被派出所召喚「喝茶」。公安聲稱反詐系統顯示他收到了「境外詐騙軟件」的訊息，於是翻查他所有訪問記錄，並發放到內部群組。

這場封網行動隨時對外貿業務造成沉重打擊。有外貿從業者表示，跨境連線不穩定甚至中斷，已影響客戶溝通及訂單處理，嚴重者可能導致交易流失。
