@ScheerPayton We have a character traits program and also use concious discipline. For staff we have a committee to help find ways to promote self care. I feel every school should have a funded mental health therapist personally for staff, families and students!

@ScheerPayton A1) mental health can cover a wide spectrum of needs and feel as a teacher much more education is needed and support in working with students, parents, and co workers and reflecting on my own mental well being.
