@brianchinn@boardyai I’m working on an ai executive assistant app for every day people, which is what I’m aiming to get to feel more natural. It’s close to launch. If you have time check it out https://t.co/sQbfy0pmgR
Aside from focusing a ton on my businesses, I like to prioritize diet and exercise.
A key number I learned that really simplifies how to think about things is this:
3,500 calories = 1lb of fat.
Let that sink in.
So a 500 calorie deficit per day for 7 days = 1lb of fat loss.
Put another way, an Oreo is 53 calories.
Eat 3 per day = 159.
Do this 5 days per week = 795 calories.
Don’t exercise? You’re consuming an additional 3,500 calories every 4.4 days just from that little treat.
That’s a pound in under a week.
That one number, 3,500 changes the way I look at food for caloric intake and movement for caloric burn.
@elonmusk@brivael Earth is tiny compared to space, but all the money supply in the universe is also limited to our tiny earth. I fear unlocking exponential economic value via space will be tough.
But all in all, I think 1.75T is fair
Excited to launch a new product to the world soon, but this is not my first rodeo.
Some launches hit and some miss, but I always get a “calm before the storm” kind of feeling just before a launch.
It’s a feeling of confidence I guess. Like I believe in the product so much that there will for sure be a storm of users excited to try the product!
But I question why I get this feeling every time, knowing it could be a failure.
Anyone else get this feeling?
@Kappaemme1926 keep grinding! Vibedesk is super cool. Reminds me of good ol' freecodecamp radio, but with better features. Your design skills are awesome.
