The queue was horrible, staff terrible, everything just macam babi. I wanted to pickup my merch at 6pm and then suddenly at 5plus they said SOLD OUT. Kepala pisang betul. What do you mean sold out when we already reserved and paid for the items? Busan you got a lot to learn man
