My 3 point plan for avoiding the National insurance tax hike:

1. Cut the overseas aid budget by £10 billion per year

2. Scrap HS2

3. Tow Channel migrant boats back to French waters.

The #nhs does not need anymore money. The amount of money the NHS and government wates is so big that it would cover a big chunk of the short fall.
