@British_Airways I have done but received no response. I also wanted to state publicly what an absolute joke it is that your complaints team are incapable of checking the booking reference and can clearly see that there were issues with ALL 4 flights we were booked onto.

Flights cancelled on the outbound journey, resulting in a 24 hour loss of our holiday. Return flight delayed by 2 hours causing a missed connection & 4 hour wait, then a further 1.5 hour delay. and NOW @British_Airways trying to claim our flight wasn’t cancelled. Absolute joke.
