@airindia you could train your call centre staff to be humane rather than parrots with no mind of their own.

@airindia Unrelenting and not accepting their fault. Airline calls itself Air India but ill treats veterans.

Got a call saying g that whatever you do...we will not be able to resolve your problem.

You should drop the name of the Nation from the Name of your Airline...only denigrating it.

I was promised a call back by 1920 hr. Nothing happened. Ever since have been trying to connect with call centre. No reply on a 24×7 helpline other than the standard recorded message.
Needs a complete overhaul.
