Is it now the States’ turn to prove why they label natural juice as a threat?

Americans’ health can start turning if the President and Secretary Kennedy acknowledge that this product is backed by science and is the most successful immune support product on Earth.

The world treats poor people differently, and I stand on the sidelines watching the rich receive executive order after executive order. I can’t help but think, people really take poor people for fools. The answer to multiple health crises is right here.

This Is My Testimony: Our Lord Is Real

He Is Risen

Today, I give thanks to my Lord for delivering me from the evil that has haunted me since March 13, 2022. For three long years, I stood alone, targeted, attacked, and surrounded by powerful forces that sought to break me.

But my God never left my side.

Through His grace, He raised up President Trump as an instrument of justice. And on March 17, 2025, just one day before the end of discovery, the DOJ attorneys called and said, “We’re dismissing the case with prejudice.” Just like that, it was over.

I fought this battle without an attorney. It was just me, my faith, and the strength of the Lord. And we won.

Let this be a message to every believer going through trials, God still moves. He still speaks. And He still delivers. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

The next battle is here.

Now we fight to repeal the State-level Cottage Food Laws that ban the sale of natural juice from home-based businesses. These laws were not made for safety, they were made to suppress small innovators. And just like before, we will fight, with truth, with purpose, and with God.

B4B Earth Tea LLC and Andrew Martin Sinclair Prevail in Dismissal of Legal Case
New York, NY – B4B Earth Tea LLC and its founder, Andrew Martin Sinclair, are pleased to announce that the case brought by the United States of America has been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice. The dismissal, which occurred on March 17, 2025, brings a permanent end to the legal proceedings filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Case No. 22-CV-1159).

The legal action, which involved claims against B4B Earth Tea LLC, B4B Corp., and Mr. Sinclair, has been dismissed in its entirety. Under Civil Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i), this dismissal with prejudice confirms that the matter is fully resolved, and no further action will be taken by the government in connection with the case. As a result, all claims and counterclaims between the parties have been permanently dropped.

“We are relieved that this matter is now behind us,” said Andrew Martin Sinclair, founder and CEO of B4B Earth Tea LLC. “This outcome reaffirms our commitment to the integrity and efficacy of our plant-based health products.
