A magical morning at Forest schools for EYKR, we wrapped up warm and worked in teams to create houses, we learnt how to create a spark and warmed up by the fire with a toasted marshmallow! @createlearning_ @headintothewild

3GC have had a fantastic first session in Forest Schools with Mr Hadfield! They demonstrated excellent curiosity, teamwork and respect for others and their environment. Together they made a Stone Age shelter through the different periods of time! @headintothewild

@nuddypants It’s great. Love the 4 distance aspect so open to all. I’m finding the step up to 100 miles tough. 65% DNF rate with the 115 miler so tough for all. Huge kudos to all that finished.

Managed to run 55 miles overnight across the Lakeland fells. Nowhere near as far as I was intending to run and only half the elevation. New training block starts Tuesday 1st.

Tour de Mont Blanc days 2 & 3 completed. We have trekked into Italy for a rest day. Tomorrow we trek into Switzerland. The elevation gained averages about 3k to 5k per day with a current max reached of 8300ft. The views are ❤️

@EdadventuresM We need a break from it as we know exactly how each day would have unfolded. It will be different next year with Finn taking him on the boats and the Tresco beaches.
