I know people are worried about fuel prices. And I get it. You get to the pump, watch the numbers climb, and wonder why it's costing so much more than it used to.

The reality is that global events are pushing up costs, and families here at home are feeling the impact.

But I won't accept that there's nothing I can do to help.

That's why from today, you'll be able to see petrol and diesel prices on Google Maps, compare nearby stations and find the cheapest option before you fill up.

It's a small change, but if there's a practical way to help people keep more money in their pocket, I'll do it.

Police urgently need your help to find a missing 15-year-old Northampton girl.
Valerija was last seen in Northampton just before 7.45pm last night (Saturday, September 27).
She was wearing dark blue jeans, and a black Hoodrich hoodie.
Valerija is described as 5ft 4in, slim, with dark brown hair in a ponytail.

Urgent appeal 🚨Have you seen missing boy Cody?

We are concerned for the welfare of 16-year-old Cody, who is missing from Didcot.

Cody was last seen in the Headington area of Oxford on Wednesday 23 September. He is slim, around 5ft 6ins tall, and was last seen wearing a green tracksuit, a long black puffer jacket and black and white trainers.

Cody is known to visit Oxford city and surrounding areas.

This is 14-year-old Mylie, she is missing and we’re asking for your help to find her.

Mylie was last seen in Preston Town Centre near to the Arc cinema at around 10:45pm on 24th September. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a burgundy top and sliders along with a black bubble jacket, thought to be the brand ‘Canada Goose’.

She is 5ft with long blonde hair and has links to Preston, Garstang, Blackpool, Bradford, Sunderland, Washington and Newcastle.

Since Mylie was reported missing enquiries offline have been ongoing to locate her, but we have now reached a point where we need to let you know she is missing and ask for your help.

Parliament made it a crime for a private person to move into an empty residential building and live there. Section 144 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 is clear: enter as a trespasser, know you are a trespasser, and intend to live there, and you commit an offence.
The same empty house can now be taken over by the state after six months. Emily Thornberry calls that seizure and welcomes it.
An Empty Dwelling Management Order is not the same legal act as squatting. Title stays with the owner and there is a statutory process. That does not dissolve the point. The law forbids an individual from occupying someone else’s vacant home, then authorises a public body to take control of that same home and put someone else in it. What is prosecuted as trespass when done privately is treated as housing policy when done by the government.

@MartinSLewis I went -£6,500 to +£13,500 in 24 days. In a volatile stock of course and higher risk. Don't put in what you aren't prepared to lose, otherwise you will over react to every price action. Take a step back and look at the wider time frame charts for long term investing.
