🗣️ Roy Keane: “For me, that is not a penalty. I’m sorry, but Newcastle have been completely robbed here. Their knees collide that’s what happens in a football match when two players are competing for the ball. What exactly was Lewis Hall supposed to do? Stand still and allow the attacker to run through and score?

“There’s no obvious push, no deliberate trip, no reckless challenge. Their knees simply clatter together and Victor Munoz goes down. We’ve seen contact like that a thousand times without a penalty being given. I don’t understand how VAR looks at that and decides Newcastle should be punished.

What a fuckin waste of two hours. Newcastle plays a great game, and they give Liverpool five minutes extra time, even though there were no lengthy delays. Then the referee gives a penalty, on a player turning away from the goal. Total crap.
