There is no cabal. There is no insider group. They just exist and are out there for anyone to stumble upon. They are the funniest NFT collection in years and are created to make people laugh.

Over the past 5 years, NFTs have become very serious in nature. What used to be something expressive and fun for people to collect, became about how much potential money can I get for collecting this.

Heads of State is the opposite. They are just pure nonsense. Look into the traits and you'll find anyone in the world can find one they relate to, or laugh at. The Alien and Zombie traits are an homage to Cryptopunks, but in the collection they are tied to certain countries for a specific reason. Aliens to the G7, Zombies to previous fallen empires.
