@StanbicKE I thought i was alone kumbe tuko wengi. The customer service is very poor.
Being a financial institution you should know well that time is money and @StanbicKE is wasting so much of it's customer's.
How can one be following a single transaction and all i get is "we think".

@StanbicKE I don't understand @StanbicKE . The customer care number is always busy, worse of all the call gets disconnected even before getting assisted. It takes ages to get reversal. Soo disappointing ππ
@StanbicKE It's very unfortunate that @StanbicKE released an untested mobile app and now we're forced to use a ussd that requires you to have airtime every time you use it for transaction, just bring back the old app because it was working just fine apart from the statement option. ππ
@Abrahalm@SafaricomPLC@Safaricom_Care No need for OTP since you can't transact without pin/biometric if you have allowed yours to use biometric wich is a good feature since i don't have to key in my pin every time.
