random. it's 1000 a year or fail. but is it really. one handwritten note could be the difference maker for someone. i fight to send out a 1000 in hopes of getting the one. the one response from the person on the other side of my messy handwriting that says - i needed this because i feel like no one notices me. but if i don't get a 1000 out in 2024 i have come to realize that's not a fail. it's really just a matter of i didn't hit the goal that i set for myself and this happens. i think i will just be grateful that God let's me write a few lines to however many people i get to write to. but in 2025 i will once again set the goal of a 1000 handwritten notes. i hope to make a 1000 people smile in 2025. i randomly walked in the post office today with my camera because i was looking for a story. hello handwritten notes.

p.s. leadership is about influence. writing handwritten notes is a great way to create influence.
