I play like an alien btw. 75% keyboard, heavy on the mmo mouse, steer almost entirely with my mouse, target with the scroll wheel, and shift modifiers usually target myself. tiny hands so every keyboard bind lives in one little neighborhood

@Sluaghlock @Khorgnir i agree with you. i was taking “at any point” pretty literally. in my head i’m thinking less “is wow a dark fantasy game” and more are there parts of the lore, specific zones, and certain points in time that could feel like dark fantasy if you were actually rp’ing through them.”

@Khorgnir @Sluaghlock I don’t think wow as a whole is dark fantasy either, but that era of dragon lore had some genuinely dark themes. most of the horror was just buried in books instead of actually being shown in game

@Khorgnir None of the other bad guys in wow were moving like deathwing. For the most part wow is gum drops and lollipops but I think the black dragon flight had dark lore with complex topics. Now it’s whatever.
