I sold heat pumps for 25 years in Winnipeg. Its a $40 k adventure as you need 2000 cfm air (new ducting) 5 tons of hp and 50,000 btu back up furnace. Likely add $50k to upgrade from 2x4 construct to 2x6 if even possible
