@BerbarianWizard This is why training from a young age is so important. I’ve been training as a high level athlete since I was 13 (18ys ago). Now if I stop working out for months on end my body will stay relatively the same. Size and strength come back with a month of consistency.
@ECO999_@drmarlonperalta Was only the first 2 doses at a total of 2mg per week. Nothing yet, however I am taking Reta more for mental experimentation than fat loss. Which is why I won’t go much higher than 2mg
@drmarlonperalta No shot youre over eating on Reta. Unless it’s liquid coals or fat. I eat a shit ton and after my 2nd dose (1mg total). I couldn’t eat for 24-36 hours
@DocAbirHealth Took .5mg back to back days and my hunger shut off almost immediately for close to 24-36 hours. Had to force feed myself to get my calories in
@DrCamRx I've found this to be true: I take more action and am less likely to overthink situations between the 24-36 hour mark. I naturally run off 4-6hours of sleep.
@BowTied_Mystic 100% you're not just fighting the army of our country you're fighting almost 100million civilians as well. Those odds aren't heavily favored for the opposing country. That's probably not including all the unregistered guns here either.
@Emmonspired@unusual_whales They've realized that, with the current population decline and the lack of births, the only way to keep the system going is to make people healthier.
The movie Time with Justin Timberlake is one I always think about. That and iRobot
@TheEdPill Elimination diets are great for resetting, and I agree about the modern diet or processed nonsense.
Whole single-ingredient foods are always best, and even then, everybody handles foods differently based on their personal genetic makeup.
@TheEdPill That's why people with diabetes are given insulin to reduce their blood sugar. Insulin helps you process the sugar in your system. If you are resistant or have higher blood sugar levels. There is a deeper underlying problem. However, fasting and keto can be a temporary solution.
@TheEdPill I haven’t eaten a vegetable on purpose in 2 years, and I’m doing just fine. The problem with them today is that they lack the nutrients they once had due to our soil and pesticides. The only reason to actually eat them is vitamins & minerals, or fiber. You can get both without.
