@bt_uk I appreciate responses on Wednesday but sadly they didn't fix my email problem. I've now been waiting for off line support but nothing. Increasingly frustrated with BT email on my laptop. "This request took longer and timed out" - endlessly

@bt_uk I can't open my BT email inbox or any folders when I log on via my laptop. It "times out". What can you suggest?

@bt_uk HI - The issue is that I can't access inbox and folders. I log on then get stuck. I'll then get a message saying "timed out". I'm not accessing via an app on my laptop. It happens accessing via https://t.co/YvDvBjHaVD. I can access on my phone but this isn't ideal. Any ideas?

@bt_uk I can access my email on my phone. I actually get into my email and can send emails...I just can't access inbox or folders. That doesn't suggest it's a cookie or cache issue? The message says there are issues with the service.
