Our @UConnExtension team and friends had a great time this past weekend @FarmAid connecting people with Connecticut farms so that our farmers could be known and supported! Thanks to all that came to visit!!

Alright friends, the fresh ginger, grown right here in CT, is starting to roll in and we might be in love. The delicate pink at the top, the tender paper skin only fresh ginger has, & don't get me started on the taste, because you'll be here for days.
