Burkina Faso's Muslim president, Ibrahim Traore, turned down an offer from Saudi Arabia to construct 200 mosques in the country. Instead, he recommended that Saudi Arabia invest in projects like schools, hospitals, or businesses that would create jobs for the Burkinabe population.
