Everybody in the replies upset when Sam's Club could have:

1. Not pulled product to begin with and fed the bots entirely.
2. Rescheduled the drop and announce a time so bots DDoS the site again and log everyone out and it just becoming another shit show.

It sucks people missed out, but if we are being honest, surprise drops are realistically becoming our best chance against bots. More people hit last night during the surprise drop than I have ever seen for a Sam's Club drop. Same thing happened last time Walmart did a surprise drop, many real people and collectors hit.

15 minutes before the scheduled drop, many were logged out of their accounts and unable to log in. If you think the scalper bots had nothing to do with it, I have a villa in Guatemala to sell you.

EVERY PLANNED DROP FOR EVERY COMPANY HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW FOR MONTHS! If the drop is known ahead of time, it gets absolutely destroyed by bots and scalpers. They are a plague to anything they target, and I am grateful that Sam's Club at least didn't choose option one and let them be gobbled by bots when their site got fried.
