Although #patientsafety and #careteamsafety are rarely talked about as being one in the same, the Heart of Safety Coalition believes they are strongly connected. This idea was echoed in the 2024 safety in healthcare report by @PressGaney.

As of September 1, 2024, 34 licensure boards and 375 hospitals verified their licensing or credentialing applications are now free from intrusive mental health questions and stigmatizing language, positively benefitting more than 1.1 million licensed and 115,000 credentialed health workers nationwide.
