I sometimes wonder if Indycar’s overly-strict cost control is actually worth it. It hasnt brought in more teams or viewers. The same teams win despite limits. Maybe its just time to loosen the strings, especially on things like testing. Gas on! @KevinLee23 #moose #trackside
