"Federal workers built this pension surplus through their own hard-earned contributions, and taking these funds is a betrayal of their trust," – @SharonDPSAC National President

1/2 Internal Treasury Board documents show that a “flexible-first” approach to telework is proven to enhance productivity and improve employee well-being. But this was ignored in favour of a less effective mandate, based on very little evidence. https://t.co/pqjSaHVl7n
Federal workers are being encouraged to donate to charity for the chance to win a temporary assigned seat.
Why should workers feel pressured to donate their paycheck for the *chance* to win an assigned desk? The solution to inadequate office space is a flexible telework mandate.
The government’s telework mandate, applied without union consultation, is on par with the Phoenix pay disaster that we are still dealing with. There’s a better way to work. That puts workers first. That saves taxpayers money. That reduces traffic and pollution. #RemoteWorks
A) Crack is still illegal to buy or sell in Canada.
B) plastic straws have not been banned in Canada.
C) Pierre Poilievre refuses to sit for his NatSec background check so he tweets pure bullshit like this hoping you’re too mad about his gaslighting to notice his criminal in-laws and connection to foreign money and influence.
Rinse. Repeat. Boring AF.
On behalf of the American people, I thank Joe Biden for his extraordinary leadership as President of the United States and for his decades of service to our country.
I am honored to have the President’s endorsement and my intention is to earn and win this nomination.
We appreciate the Prime Minister's confidence in the quality of service provide by public service workers, but then why did his government betray them by going back on their word?
Canadians need a government with integrity.
Today, with blatant disregard for the wellbeing of its workers, the government announced that federal public service workers will be required to be in-office a minimum of three days per week. https://t.co/MIX5yl0Zpj
A federal court just ruled Trudeau’s decision to invoke the Emergencies Act during the “Freedom Convoy” violated charter rights.
But anyone seeing this as a victory for the convoy is….really, really wrong.
Here’s why.
The Emergencies Act was unnecessary and the chaotic and unlawful Convoy protests in Ottawa could have been ended using other laws. I said that in Feb 2022 and it remains my view. But to be clear, this judgment is not the vindication that Convoy supporters believe it is.
I wasn’t born rich and became the youngest woman in American history to be elected to Congress.
Then I investigated Cohen, authored the largest FEMA funeral assistance program in history and led creation of a US Climate Corps to create tens of thousands of new jobs.
Stay mad 💁🏽♀️
