@ComradeRedJimmy@Bonn1eGreer Except animals rarely do this in the course of their lives and when they do it’s not for ‘sport’, ‘entertainment’, money. It’s about basic survival usually. Although if you watched David Attenborough programmes, you’d think nature is only violence, that man is obsessed with it.
@PMcReynoldsMLA Did he not add ‘woman’ to his instruction?
During the Good Friday Agreement discussions, I’ll never forget when Prof Monica McWilliams got up to speak and Nigel Dodds yelled, “Sit down, woman!”
@JanCarson7280 Such unbridled joy!
Richard Serra piece, Guggenheim, Bilbao? It was a lot quieter when I was there. Have to say I love silence in galleries to think and feel in my own undisturbed being. But this looks great from above, they bring the piece alive with their collective energy.
@KatrinaNaomi@SerenBooks@BBCRadio4Extra Brilliant! I am happy for you. What a great choice of poem. Really enjoyed hearing it.
Have you any plans to be back to the north of Ireland anytime soon? X
@JaneyGodley There is a Janey shaped hole in the world of comedy now. Loved her political satire and her wee animal voiceovers, everything, Theresa May leaving parliament! We met her in Belfast after her show a few years ago. To all of Janey’s family and friends, my heart goes out to you ♥️.
@JaneyGodley Awww Janey. I’m so sorry to hear that the chemo has run out of options. My heart opens to you and I send you love ♥️. We met briefly after your brilliant Belfast show (13Jan 2020). Thanks for all the laughs - loved your Theresa May leaving parliament voiceover. You ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
@JanCarson7280 Please tell me you brought your own teabags. It’s the only way to get a decent cuppa tea over there. Lipton just won’t do it.
You actually would need to have brought water from here too.
Could a Ballymena buy bottled water to make decent tea? Height of luxury that.
