For the last few years, our team here at North Point Distillery has been working relentlessly each day, curating and perfecting every aspect of what we would say to be our most significant launch yet.

The East. An area tied very closely with its history, its present, & its plans for the future. From fishing to farming, whether barley and livestock farms or wind farms, Wick, John O’Groats, & Mey are continuing to embrace their past while investing in their future.

Our location, just west of Thurso along the NC500 route, holds some of the most stunning views in Caithness: high atop the cliffs, gazing across the waves and whirlpools of the Pentland Firth toward the sometimes-visible Orkney Islands.

Our commitment to Caithness includes supporting those who are creating a vibrant tourism industry, such as The Pentland Hotel & The Station Hotel, who – along with countless others – bring North Highland hospitality to tourists from around the world.
