@shawngorham Mind you, @SamsungUS was contacted in June. Now just a black tv on the wall. Lots of complaints about this tv online - for good reason! Our AV guys said this never happens and we are just unlucky with two bad tvs.

@shawngorham We have two with the deco frames. Both have had issues with the remotes unpairing from the tv. The 85” in our living room has been problematic since June. It completely stopped working at Christmas and Samsung won’t do anything since it was just over the year warranty in Nov.
