@HMRCcustomers I was advised it’s easier on the app I sent the info regarding the error on 21/8/23 and still no support to change it back

@HMRCcustomers Yesterday and today tried from 8 and was still waiting when I had to start at 9- you have incorrectly changed me to an emergency tax code and it is affecting my ability to pay bills
