I was reminded the other day that great things are happening in schools everyday. So, as I scroll social media, I will choose to find the joy and dismiss the negativity. Administrators, teachers, support staffs and scholars are doing great things.

First, we have to de-implement mindsets about old practices and beliefs. We do this by engaging in dialogue and problem-solving to construct inclusive educational conditions for all students to develop strong reading skills. #educateourselves
