@NatashaM1988 @DoctorMayJay Had this done again recently, with a local anaesthetic and a lady consultant. Uncomfortable but manageable, staff were reassuring and caring. All done in 20 minutes. It's not just what's being done, but by whom.

@NatashaM1988 @DoctorMayJay I'm in Wales too, but have to be treated in England. They're now saying I need another hysteroscopy- but the pain is usually a 1-3/10, and a paracetamol will be enough. NOT A CHANCE.

@MartinSLewis We've done Secret Santa with a Twist in the office this year. Instead of buying £5's worth of tat, we're donating £5 to a charity we think our recipient would support. Even if you get it wrong, it's more environmentally friendly and does more good.

@alexburghart @Conservatives Because of course they shouldn't have to pay inheritance tax like ANYONE ELSE! If it is a family business, past it on before you become decrepit. If you bought it to avoid paying inheritance tax on your wealth, then you won't be able to do that.

Mondays are usually not the best. But today someone said they thought I was 7/8 years younger than I am. I'll take that for a miserable Monday in Nov.
