To counteract some of the fakeclaims on here; if you think you are plural, please check out some resources in the thread below. I also follow a lot of systems who tweet about their plural experiences, and I'm sure would be happy to speak with you all. #pluralgang
So I'm in a 'burn it to the ground' mood.
Here goes.
Ethnically, I'm an English Romany, called by some 'Gypsy', (not a slur to many English Gypsies, they don't really care).
Haven't disclosed this before because of the rabid hate that exists in the UK towards us...

@vsmejiawriter @NoInterestHere1 @Majora__Z@AmiFFXIV 0/10 on the trolling. You're trying way too hard to prove my point. It's definitely not going to help your writing, either. Pathetic.
@deathbybadger I dated someone who stated on their dating profile he was 5ft 9. When we met, he was barely taller than me, and I'm 5ft 7½. I view men's heights on their dating profiles with scepticism now 😅
@Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist It's often multidisciplinary funded, too. So it has to depend on funding to other departments, such as Gynaecology, Bariatrics and others to carry on, as well as funding from charities.
@Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist Definitely. And then there's the waiting lists for trauma therapy. And primary mental health care services are not any better. They do what they can based on funding, but the quality of it varies so differently based on your county and even your GP surgery!
@FizzyCape @Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist You're right. I am very well of this as I read the series a lot as a kid, but as Ed is the main character, I chose to focus my example on him. There's only so much I can put in one tweet 😅
@IoukoYamato @Ravnican_Artist You're right. Miscommunication on my part. Al gave himself in exchange for Ed's arm, and Ed gave away his alchemy in exchange for Al's body and soul.
@Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist Definitely 😊 it's a shame though that (in the UK at least), PTSD service dogs are only available through charities for veterans with combat PTSD. If I needed one, I would have to pay a lot of money for one fully-trained, or buy and train one myself. Many don't have the money.
@Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist And it's heartening knowing that Arakawa did her research. She spoke to a lot of war veterans before she wrote Fullmetal Alchemist. I've yet to find a flaw in her research tbh.
@Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist I loved his storyline for that. I think in the English translation they even called it Shell Shock, which is just one of the older names for PTSD. And he overcame that struggle. Armstrong was never just comic relief, and I still have a lot of respect for him as a character.
@Haven69_420@BobAlle58828655 @Paultheheretic In many Wiccan groups, newly joined wiccans have to serve and submit to their leader before they can gain any equality within the group. It's honestly cult-like. So hearing that he's wiccan is not exactly a green flag.
@Gareth_S_CG @Ravnican_Artist I also think Ed has PTSD from the human transmutation. It's not the main focus of his story, but still an element of it. And he achieves what he sets out to do. As someone with PTSD myself, I found him an inspiring and captivating character. I can't sing Arakawa's praises enough.
