@Tesco is it possible to get proof of purchase of SMA products from my Clubcard details? I don’t generally keep grocery receipts longer than a few days and SMA want purchase details for the contaminated formula.

@HalifaxBank hiya, I placed an online order a couple of weeks ago using by debit card, the parcel was delivered but a lot of the items seemingly stolen. The company now aren’t replying to me. Is it possible to claim any sort of chargeback against them?

@HalifaxBank Yes I use the app. The payment left my account on 22/11. The delivery partly arrived on 27/11 at which point I messaged the supplier to say it had been tampered with. They replied once and haven’t replied to various social media messages or emails since.
