@ScotRail I’m blind and I’m never buying anything off your apps or website again. You make an honest mistake inputting 2 digits on a date….you have to pay £5 to get a new ticket that takes 15 days to arrive! No amount of complaints help! ScotRail are just plain mean to disabled people
