Happy P-22 Discovery Day! Thirteen years ago, P-22 posed for the camera for the first time. Friends of Griffith Park was conducting a wildlife study in the park, and as biologist Miguel Ordeñana sorted through the photos, he discovered our boy. The rest is history!

It would be hard to overstate the impact P-22, the "Brad Pitt of cougars," had on Los Angeles and the world. He inspired us to build the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing and embrace a new era of coexistence. He was much loved and is much missed. Long live P-22!
