What $545,000 Can Buy You In Independence, Oregon? (new construction!) https://t.co/DVmHgl3wjP via @YouTube
I just love this home. If you want to buy a home in Salem, Oregon area give me a ring or text. I would love to help you out!
Today I painted the house numbers white on my Airbnb, so now my guests can find the place which saves me distractions from time with my family.
What small thing in your house did you change to make your life more peaceful so you can spend time with the ones you love?

We are in the final throws of choosing a paint color for the Captiol Cabin. We are determined to go black and dramatic. The house feels like the right style for it. Yet, when it came to it I was starting to feel a little nervous that maybe it was too trendy. But then, a friend
sent me this link of a house that was natural like ours, and went black. The effect is so fantastic that it doused all my concerns of "too trendy" in a moment. Lauren, link below, chose Tricorn Black. The effect is nothing less than WOW!
Thinking of these awesome 70s mugs as a part of our welcome package for the Capitol Cabin.
They would say Capitol Cabin not Natalie of course. 😊
Thoughts? What do you guys think of them?
They are enamel camp style mugs so light weight.
THRILLED to annouce that guests can save 15% when they our Capitol Cabin direct! This is a HUGE step.
Honestly it is a bit more expensive for me, but SOOOOO much cheaper for my guests that it onlly made sense.

Paint oh paint. So hard to choose.
This was the first round of paint samples that made it on the wall. (Don't even ask how many samples I actually bought!)
We decided blue undertones were not the right fit for this house. So instead I picked up 4 more blacks...
...that are dissapointed in the results. Tenants break stuff, Oregon State law is uber strick, and the money is not as good as someone on the internet promised. ;)
What would you do? Are there other questions you would ask yourself to decide?
Should I sell my house or rent it to make more money when I sell later?
This idea is thinking out of the box. Baller! Way to be.
The right answer depends on your situation of course. I'l tell you the questions I would ask myself if I was in your shoes.
5. Do I want rental properties? This one is HUGE. I have found people who love the game of real estate investment find it worthwhile to rent. They get good at, learn from mistakes, and get rewarded. It is the friends and family that never REALLY wanted rentals...
