@AirbnbHelp Superhost - 5 years with Airbnb. Spending yet another Friday night trying to get a party to stop & kick out guests. The lack of assistance from Airbnb is pathetic, mind-blowing & really sad.

And don’t think Airbnb will pay thru the resolution center. We charge $1,500 for smoking damage & only process claims with photo evidence including actual pics of guests smoking inside. Not 1 of these claims were ever paid out. Most recent was denied this week.

@AirbnbHelp Do you know that as a host, with a posted no party, events or extra guests rule. If I need the police to help me end a party. I 1st have to call in & process a host cancel for the reservation? At which point Airbnb refunds the guest - who threw the party.

@AirbnbHelp Context - I’ve been hosting a couple hundred reservations each month for 5 years. I’ve had prob 30 of these - so they are rare. I’ve never had Airbnb do anything but - 1. Reach out to guest 2. Process a full refund to guest! If I demand a cancel for a party. You read that right.

3hours spent trying to closedown a party. Massive amounts of people - in our house rules we specify no parties, events or gatherings & no smoking inside or out. NEVER ONCE has Airbnb helped us with these. Brian Chesney your whole party house shutdown is great PR. #emptypromises

What are the plans for the 10,000 cleaners that will be out of a job 11/1 bc of the HSO? I own a cleaning company that does Airbnb’s we will lose 60-80% of our clients & will have to cut staff accordingly 😭😭😭.

Even the planning ppl on Larry Mantle today were confused about RSO & ADU HSO permits/regulations. The ordinance is a mess! Must delay enforcement or the consequences will be terrible.
