@PolskiHipis I’d say Stojkovic is first team ready, based on his performances in Croatia and the Europa League. Assadi would most likely take time to adjust to Scottish football. I try to find a first team option and a cheap alternative.

Note that Celtic have been in the red on this table for a large part of the season, in the last few months variance has swung our way and saw us finish with seven points more than expected.
Celtic’s structure — where the manager oversees football, the Chief Executive manages operations, and the Board provides oversight — has served the club with great success for more than two decades.

@databhoys Maybe not, but a profile I'd at least ask the question of. Schmidt is working as an advisor for the J. League, so no idea of the realism for him either. I think both of their game models would be a great fit at Celtic, though.
Not a good window. Especially when aware of better targets out there. My thoughts:
1) Being charitable, focus on loans presumably in lieu of O'Neill's short-term.
2) Points to a lack of over-arching recruitment dept. seen at modern clubs
3) Complicated by an incompetent board
