After accepting the Best Female Award from Lily Allen, JADE tipsily delivers a humorous but heartfelt speech at the O2 Silver Clef Awards (in aid of Nordoff and Robbins):

"Agh! Fuckin' hell… Thank you so much. Wow. And thank you, Lily, for that gorgeous speech – I got really emotional there. I've loved Lily Allen's music for a very, very long time. So to have you [Lily] love what I do, and to have the honour to work with Lily on what was arguably one of the best albums of last year and the last decade, is, you know… I'm talking like I'm giving this [award] to you [Lily]. My queen! *Laughs and mimes handing Lily the award*

What an honour to attend tonight among so many brilliant and inspiring people. Thanks so much for the Best Female Award. I really do always strive to be an authentic artist and to use my voice for good in my music and beyond.

There's so many groundbreaking female artists at the minute. I really do feel like there's a big pop girlie moment happening – case in point with Lily! – and it's an honour to stand alongside them.

I want to thank my team – so many of them are here tonight – from my label, to my manager Amy, to my PR. I hope you know… I can't see because I haven't got me glasses on, but I know you're there somewhere! Thank you so much. It means a lot that you're here supporting me tonight.

Shout out me mam! Me mam's here. Thank you, Mam! Obviously… well, I just wouldn't exist without you… so thanks! Thanks for everything. Love you so much. The biggest thank you to Silver Clef and Nordoff and Robbins: It really was a huge privilege for me to visit one of their centres to see a small part of their work first-hand, joining one of their music therapy sessions. I feel like, in the music industry, you can very quickly become quite hardened or lose sight of what it's really all about, which is obviously the music. And I think in the pop world especially, you can get sort of caught up in all the variables – like campaign-mode, 'the vision', the press scrutiny, the public and all that stuff. So I'd personally like to thank Nordoff and Robbins for reminding me just how magical and powerful and healing music truly is.

I really needed that day that I went to visit more than I realised. I walked away feeling a lot of love and hope and admiration for the staff, the volunteers and the fellow music lovers that were there. I really look forward to going back, and I do hope that this is the beginning of a life-long friendship with Nordoff and Robbins. So thank you so much, from the bottom of me heart."

Radio Eska calls JADE a "ready-made Main Stage headliner" after her Open'er Festival show, which they say got the loudest response of the day:

"With much more musical experience than [other Main Stage acts] was JADE. Beyond her solo career, the singer spent years as a member of the girl group Little Mix. Which begs the question: why wasn't she offered a slot on the Main Stage? This was her first time performing in Poland, but after what happened at the Tent Stage, I'm convinced it won't be her last.

JADE received what was probably the loudest applause of all of the artists performing that day. Her show, which is a perfectly balanced blend of live vocals and choreography, delighted from the first second to the very last.

Even more impactful than the musical performance itself was the exchange of energy between her and her fans. JADE spoke in Polish, reacted with disbelief to the screams and applause, and after leaving the stage, wrote on Instagram that she'd just played one of the best concerts of her life.

She also made a symbolic show of support for the LGBTQ+ community, who she’s been an ally to for years. Referencing her single 'Church,' she emphasised that there's a place for everyone in the Church of JADE.

JADE is one of those pop stars who I've seen great potential in for a long time. Her debut album, 'THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY!', is a collection of brilliantly produced pop songs. I'm glad a Polish audience finally had the chance to hear them live. Now all that's left to do is wait for a solo show."

WP Kultura says the Open'er Festival organisers should have put JADE's "perfect concert" on the Main Stage, praising her performance skills and pointing out that the Tent Stage was too small to hold her audience:

"There's one more thing the organisers should think about before the next festival: JADE simply deserved to be on the Main Stage. And it's not because she came to Poland with a big name after Little Mix. She simply delivered the perfect concert from the first minute to the last. Everything was on point – vocals, choreography, interaction with the audience, and a pop show that didn't lose momentum for a moment.

The Tent Stage very quickly proved to be too small for her. The crowd was pouring out far beyond the designated viewing area, and finding a good spot bordered on a miracle.

It was one of those performances that leaves people walking away with a simple thought: next year, this artist will be back on the Main Stage. And honestly? It's hard to imagine a better candidate."
