@ScottFriedman3@TeamAriana Simple. Have one account, be a real person and use your own credit card. A merchant can request a name and billing address match after the fact from VI/MC/AMEX. Clearly what’s what they did. Too many bad actors using temporary CCs and bullshit addresses to get around limits.
@Ticket_Help2022@Ticketmaster How will they find a way around this? Identity verification is the only way. Try opening multiple accounts with a Sportsbook or online casino, won’t work. If you can’t submit basic information to show you’re a real person, then you shouldn’t be buying concert tickets.
@Ticket_Help2022 If you are buying last minute, you are going to the show. Right now a vast majority of these tickets for hot shows go straight to bots. I worked in a box office and printing will call required minimal effort. Seems like a really crowd-friendly move!
@Ticket_Help2022 7. Last minute holds should be released to Will Call only. Ticketmaster has never acknowledged nor attempted to fix the lack of cart timers. It’s been over 2 years and this is still an issue. Unfortunately this is an artist and promoter decision to force Will Call and it is rare.
@UnderFaceValue@coldplay Been tracking Stanford tonight. Prices seem to be going UP the closer we get to the show. Very very few production holds released on the primary. And of course with no cart holds, bots scooped them up immediately.
@inmygreatwarera @bnadams3584372 Right! Professional scalpers have way more advanced automated tools than people realize... they've had weeks to prepare since Miami. THAT'S where almost all the tickets went last night. I don't understand how people don't realize this.
