Heba Ahmad is a 39 year old single woman in Gaza living with disabilities in both her upper and lower limbs that make her unable to walk or manage daily life on her own, and she is one of seven siblings affected by the same hereditary condition linked to consanguineous marriage that causes weak nerves and limited mobility; after their home was bombed and the family was displaced nine times, she now lives in a worn tent with six relatives including her 72 year old father who suffers from spinal problems and previously donated a kidney, her 31 year old brother who shares the same disability, his 27 year old wife, and their three children Moamen age 5, Masa age 4, and Yusra, an infant who needs milk and diapers, while their mother was martyred on February 9, 2025 near a hospital, leaving them without any source of income; Heba has undergone several unsuccessful foot surgeries and needs treatment outside Gaza, and the family urgently requires wheelchairs for mobility, about 150 dollars a month for medication, around 900 dollars a month for food, and basic shelter support including 250 dollars for a new tent, 170 dollars for blankets, 40 dollars for tarps, along with essential supplies for the baby.
