❌ Disappointed with Shop & Ship Experience
@ShopandShip advised to deactivate my account to avoid receiving a shipment. Next day shipment was received. Now I'm told to pay return fees—info I was never given. Poor communication. #ShopandShip lacked transparency & accountability.
