GTA 6 launches in ~5 months.

While everyone else is just watching gameplay clips, I built something different - a live HUD overlay that tracks my FiveM creator pipeline in real time, layered right on top of the footage.

Here's the detail I'm proud of: the dashboard doesn't just slap on top from frame one. Watch closely - it only fades in the exact second the loading screen ends and real gameplay kicks in.

Everything after that is synced frame-by-frame to the video:

→ Revenue model climbing in real time
→ Live Tebex catalog listings
→ GPU load + system status readouts
→ Script generation timer (Claude-powered)
→ Scrolling ticker across the bottom

To be fully transparent - the $ figures on screen are a PROJECTION model (2 packs/week × $180 avg × 9 sales), not realized revenue.
Labeled that way on screen, on purpose. No fake flex here.

This is what building in public looks like heading into the biggest launch window gaming has seen in over a decade.

Yesterday we announced that the QVAC SDK update unlocked up to 5x more context on your device thanks to TurboQuant.
Today, we’ll go through how we got there.

TurboQuant (Google Research, ICLR 2026) is a two-stage KV-cache compression algorithm.

Stage 1 - PolarQuant: convert KV vectors from Cartesian (x, y, z...) to polar coordinates. Angles compress predictably down to 3-4 bits.

Stage 2 - QJL: 1-bit Johnson-Lindenstrauss correction. Cleans up residual error.

Total: ~4-5 bits per value. No retraining. No calibration.

QVAC ported it to Vulkan inside qvac-fabric-llm.cpp.

Currently, TurboQuant is supported only for AMD & NVIDIA GPUs, support for iOS, Android & Apple Silicon coming next.
