@iusedtomosh Your decision!😋 I'm sure he is a great trainer. Goodlife gives him exposure to more clients vs him working independently. But Goodlife tends to be aggressive with sales especially after they give you a free training session

@iusedtomosh Should be 333 for 6. They usually quote the price per session. They only up the frequency (ex: 3x per week vs 2) so that they can approach you about adding more sessions with them sooner

@iusedtomosh @marleeannmarie If it's Goodlife you can spread it out to 2 sessions per week. Keep in mind that part of their job as trainers is to sell as many sessions as possible. It's pretty costly though and your trainer will only get maybe 2/3 of the money you pay per session
