i found a way to make AI videos that don't sound like AI...

example below....

sora 2, veo 3.1, kling 2.6 are decent but they all have that robotic AI accent that everyone can detect immediately

and when people try replacing the voices with elevenlabs, it always sounds way too professional

like it's recorded on a professional mic in a studio

but if i'm making a UGC video of someone in their room, i don't want studio quality

it should sound like it's actually in that room

the workflow i use completely removes that fake AI voice sound

why this matters:

when your AI voices sound too polished or robotic, people notice. their guard goes up. they disengage.

but when your voices sound like they're coming from a real person in a real room, that's when they work the best

Everyone on X posting crazy results

Scaling to $100k days in impossibly short timelines

To some, our results look great. But it took us 5 years in Ecom to get here.

If you feel left behind or you're not scaling where you want to be, here's why:

For the first 2+ years in Ecom, we s*cked balls.

Year 1:
I worked at an agency making $4k+/month. Wasn't glamorous. But I learned foundational skills there.

Year 2-3:
Focusing on all the wrong things. Media buying instead of creatives. Creative formats instead of deep customer research.

Only after those 2+ years did we figure out what actually matters

Then we scaled to our first $100k day

Now we scale brands to $100k/day and beyond like clockwork

But here's what nobody tells you about that timeline:

To be one of the best requires at least 10,000 hours

Even if you worked 12 hours a day, 7 days a week without fail, it takes 2 years and 3 months to hit 10,000 hours

And some of you could even be working on the wrong things

Yet most of you want 5 years of results in 1 year

It doesn't work that way.

I've been sharing everything we learned here on X and in Evolve to cut the learning curve short so you don't focus on the wrong things

But it's still going to take time for you to practice and develop that skill

Here's what happens when you try to skip the mastery process:

When I met le biz partner Spencer, he was doing $70k/month in crypto with Axie Infinity

The money came quick

But since we didn't build the skill to make that money, we lost it all just as quickly

When money comes fast without skill, it leaves fast too

This is what's happening to a lot of the Kalo rippers right now. Got lucky but can't sustain the revenue

You can get lucky once. But you can't replicate luck. You can only replicate skill.

"Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years"

While we were sucking balls those first 2 years, everything we did and every skill we gained was compounding

Eventually things clicked. Then things went exponential

If you're feeling stuck with your Ecom brand:

Keep going.

Continue taking action. Keep developing your skillset. Let the hours rack up until you achieve mastery.

Your breakthrough will come if you put in the effort to build the right skills.

It might be nothing for months or years, then suddenly it all compounds at once.

But that's how mastery works, and the cost of success.
