¿O no?

This is going to be the narrative that the left will use throughout Latin America in the coming years.
They’ll say it over and over and over again, using it to turn Latin Americans against the U.S. This is a blow to the U.S.’s image and reputation; nothing will do more damage to its soft power, and furthermore, it will give the left a narrative tool to win elections in the region and open the doors to China.
Netanyahu appeals to Israeli voters by boasting that he manipulated Trump:
“it took a long time to get the US to come to its senses” but I finally got it to attack Iran due to my “influence” over its leaders through “1000 hours on American television”
Breaking: The Venezuelan people demand free and fair elections (they’re simply to afraid to say it publicly on the streets of Caracas). The United States should support this demand.
Why?
1. To rid themselves (and VE) from the yoke of tyranny and dictatorship of the corrupt regime run by the current cartel boss, Delcy Rodriguez.
2. To allow the people of Venezuela to decide for themselves their own future.
Trump gave them a chance back in January, it is now time for elections to be held so the Venezuelan people can choose new leadership instead of living under the same corrupt regime they’ve been living under for nearly two decades.
It is now believed that Delcy is receiving a lot of “crap” from her base about being a "sellout" to the imperialist United States. This recent “energy deal” was the distraction she needed to keep the Chavismo thugs off her backside.
Whats going on isn't what it seems; she’s doing what the Trump administration is directing her to do. Americans now have to wait and see what results from this deal.
Trust that she is not stupid (she managed to remain in power this long). Delcy is likely buying time because she believes she can stay in office, especially if elections aren't held before Trump's term is up.
In the end, if the energy deal is done correctly, and American political leaders place the people of Venezuela over policy, the people’s lives will change for the better—they deserve better lives and with Venezuela‘a vast natural resources, they can have better lives.
At this point, I trust that our administration will do just that. But I also strongly believe any deal will eventually collapse if Delcy and her Chavismo thugs remain in charge.
So What? Venezuela must hold elections immediately.
Donald Trump accuses every country on the planet of “taking advantage of the United States” while he loots billions from the treasury, destroys our alliances, craters our economy, depletes our munitions, and abuses every power of the office to ruin America and enrich himself.
Bill Barr in 2023: Trump is “a consummate narcissist, and he constantly engages in reckless conduct. He will always put his own interests and gratifying his own ego ahead of everything else, including the country's interests."

No, POTUS, you did not double US oil reserves. You stole 65 billion barrels of ultra-high cost Venezuelan heavy oil reserves that are worth 1.7% of USA reserves on an NPV (8% discount rate over 50 years) basis. Congratulations on being the stupidest thief in world history!
Q: Michael, your reaction to President Trump saying that U.S. struck a deal taking control of a huge portion of Venezuela’s oil reserves?
McFAUL: This is imperialism. This is 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th century imperialism.
When countries in the North went to countries in the South and used military power and military force to extract gold, silver, spices, oil.
That’s what President Trump is doing with this deal.
I’m embarrassed as an American to be associated with a government that is doing this.
The whole world will react the same way.
Venezuelan people are reacting that way because the second thing that’s so outrageous about this deal is that Trump has done it with a dictator.
Delcy Rodríguez has no legitimacy inside Venezuela. She’s never been elected to anything.
She was vice president under Maduro.
And yet that’s the person we’re doing this deal with, leaving out the preferences of the citizens of Venezuela.
I think it’s a really bad deal, and I don’t think it’s going to work.
If you’re on the board of any serious company, are you going to invest hundreds of billions of dollars when your property rights are guaranteed by Trump and illegitimate dictator of Venezuela?
To me, that’s a very imprudent decision, and my prediction is this will fall apart.
