I also think the keatts run was just a totally different scenario than Dave. Keatts had massive wins early in his tenure unlike Dave (ever) but wasn’t as consistent. Some of that is just a function of the sport

@joshwgoodson The problem IMO is less than he’s never done it (kind of flukey with UCLA game) but rather he should have done it in -7 & 18 and didn’t. Those rosters were legitimately good and we just needed to beat wake forest (and South Carolina).

@JasonDukeEvans Cool? So they can slap together some decent pieces at the last minute. Every other team in the nation sans Texas Tech has been practicing with a nearly full team for over a month now. And a lot of those have roster spots open so they can fill specific needs.

I agree a steady hand older PG is a solid add at this point, but I wouldn’t expect them to beat Adams for a large % of mins
