The script has become painfully predictable.

“Liberals had 11 years.” “Stop watching CBC.” “You drank the Liberal Kool-Aid.” “Everything is woke.” “That’s socialism.” “You must hate Alberta.” None of these is an argument. They are labels used to avoid addressing what was actually said.

For the record, I do not watch CBC—or television news from any provider. I read widely and form my own conclusions. I also judge policies individually. No political party is automatically right or wrong “by definition.”

If you disagree with me, challenge the facts, the reasoning or the proposed solution. Explain what is wrong and offer something better. Repeating partisan slogans may reassure people who already agree with you, but it proves absolutely nothing.

Canada’s problems are too important for this tired script. Bring evidence. Bring ideas. Bring an argument.
